“Avoid even for 1€”

They advertise an airport shuttle, but nobody showed up at the airport. Checking in took 1.5 hours because they couldn’t find my reservation. I asked about laundry, and they said it would be ready at 9 am the next day. At 10 am I called again and they promised it would be ready in 10 minutes and delivered to my room. By 10:45, during checkout, the laundry wasn’t ready and they wouldn’t return my clothes (they asked if I could wait a few hours). After 40 minutes of arguing, they finally returned my dirty and dry clothes in a trash bag. The manager was surprised that I couldn’t wait a few hours for laundry—ridiculous.

“Nice place to stay, some lovely staff and friendly.”

The place was decent, easy to get to and kept tidy; I’d love it if they put more emphasis on African cuisine. There was no outdoor area to relax in.

“Décevant en termes de qualite de services malgré la sympathie du personnel”

Sympathie du personnel, qualite du petit dej. La navette aéroport n'est pas venu me chercher a 02h00 du matin alors que je l'avais commandée,, le réceptionniste avait oublié d'informer le chauffeur. Prix facturé superieur de 8 euros par rapport au prix commandé chez booking, autres insatisfactions (service buanderie qui oublie de me livrer, pb d'imprimante au moment du checkout, jai eu eu finalement ma facture 1h apres mon depart via whatsapp, quartier populaire sans commodites a proximité.).Au final, on a limpression que les employés sont livrés a eux mêmes sans management pour les piloter et controler
