The room and pool were clean, but I paid for a premium king with views and ended up in a regular deluxe king room on the 8th floor; there are 20+ floors, so I expected a higher floor. The black lady seemed irritated every time I asked her a question, while the manager and another gentleman were nice. I paid for Wi‑Fi but couldn’t connect from my phone, and I didn’t bother calling back because the woman was irritated each time I asked. The room was clean and the pool was nice, but I didn’t like that I spent all that money for the 8th floor; I would return but there’s no point in buying a better room if I’ll be placed anywhere.
