It was very clean and the staff were very nice, and the location was good. The room had a smell, not a bad one but like an old scent, though it was still very clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the price was great, and it was located between the Tennessee River and Parsons, right off 412 with ample parking.
