They ruined my clothes in the laundry because of a high‑temperature wash, never answered my phone call, and didn’t reimburse me.

“They may sell tickets and throw a party infront of your room. You will never know.”

I’ve stayed at Sheraton Adana three or four times a year, and this time they set up a ticketed party right in front of our room until midnight, changing the time from 11 pm to 11:30 pm to midnight without any solution. When we asked to change rooms, they said none were available and simply told us “what can we do.” That’s not Sheraton standards. We came to rest, but they prioritized ticket sales for outsiders and revenue, which was disappointing.

“a relaxing and refreshing stay”

I wish I’d been at Sheraton Grand Adana sooner. Every detail is organized—from reception to check‑in. The staff are exceptionally helpful, a level I haven’t seen at other 5‑star hotels. I can’t name anyone because I’d need my glasses to read the name tags, but the whole team delivers true five‑star service, especially in the club lounge where a young woman went out of her way to help. Architecturally, the hotel feels like the Hanging Gardens of Babylon with a stepped design overlooking the river and park. It has a huge park, an outdoor pool (there’s also an indoor one I didn’t visit), and it really feels like a “park‑hotel.” The atmosphere is calm and unobtrusive. Rooms are large and bright. Breakfast is extensive, and I love the espresso machine—coffee is a must. Refreshments and light snacks are available in the club lounge all day. I’d definitely stay again on my next visit to Adana.

Thanks for everything, everything was thought out, even down to the razor blade, but if you add a dental set it would be even better.
