The staff were friendly and the restaurant meals were good, but there was a strong pipe smell throughout the room, sheets with a red stain that looked like blood, and the room felt somewhat outdated. The previous stay had no such odor.

The cleanliness, buffet service, and staff attention were all good, but the artichoke in the shower was broken.

What I liked most was the corner coffee, free for guests, where you could have coffee, juice, tea, yogurt, and some sweets or cookies. The service was magnificent and the hostel bar was perfect, with a varied menu and good prices.

The cleaning was good and we appreciated being able to have a coffee on the first floor, even with juice, tea, and pastries offered as a courtesy by the hotel. On Sunday the staff were off and the guests showed no manners or respect; at 5 am we had to call out to other guests who were shouting and blasting their phones, making it impossible to rest; we tried to get their attention but instead of keeping quiet they laughed at us and kept making a scene, so when we couldn’t get help at reception or call the police, we decided to leave earlier than planned and head back.
