The bed was soft, yet the staff were extremely picky, never backing into parking spots, and the smoking area was right next to the kids’ play zone; we had to walk all the way to the end for pets to go potty, and the grass nearby was marked NO PETS ALLOWED; the door was hard to lock with the old key and everything smelled bad.

I really enjoy old motels that have been refurbished, kept clean, and well maintained; the Safari Inn is just such a place.
