The room was generally comfortable and met all the basics for a good night's sleep. I was pleased overall. Carmen, the lady, was very kind. The location is great, easy to get to, and there are good food options on Av. 80 and Av. Colombia. The building sits in a safe, residential area. On the downside, I think the hotel should enforce stricter individual consumption control, especially when multiple groups stay together. During my stay, it seemed some guests used the facilities and left without paying, which later caused other travelers to have questions. Beyond the cost of those items, this kind of behavior paints a bad picture of people from the interior of the country, even though these are isolated incidents that shouldn't be generalized.
