Excellent location in the historic center of Aquila. The apartment is fully equipped and well renovated, even though it’s below street level. The bathroom is small, making it hard to use the bidet and shower.

Cleanliness, attention to detail, self‑check‑in, and included services. Completely underground, the lighting is 90 % artificial, the environment is humid and kept under constant dehumidification (likely in the non‑accessible basement), so it’s fine for a few days but I’d advise against long stays or for those with respiratory issues.

Everything was polished, right in the city center, and the owner was incredibly efficient. The breakfast only had packaged essentials; they should have clarified that it's a different experience from a full breakfast.
