The people were very helpful. The only food was bread, and besides coffee and milk the drink was artificial juice.

The hotel is in a great spot, giving access to many shops, markets, and squares, and from the 5th floor we had a nice view of our surroundings; some staff were not very helpful.

The place was awful; the bathroom had mold, the mattresses were terrible, I got a rash right after I entered, and the towels felt like dishcloths.
