The location was excellent, everything was spotless and well‑maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the owner was outstanding. I did run into an issue with the type of room I had chosen, which wasn’t the owner’s fault, yet she still tried to find the best possible solution and delivered it. She displayed incredible professionalism.

The hotel was fantastic, impeccably clean, and the room offered a spectacular view of the sea, Chora, and the illuminated Venetian castle at night. Breakfast was genius: you order it the day before so nothing goes to waste, and they bring it to your room or their beautiful veranda with fresh products. The staff were the best part—unique kindness and hospitality that made me feel like family. A special shout‑out to Maria “loca,” the general manager, Asimina, Nektarios, and the sweet Georgian girl whose name I can’t even pronounce 😂! Every afternoon they surprised us with a different sweet treat, plus unexpected little gifts. As a farewell present, they gave me a typical Tsoula pendant—a touching gesture. It’s one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. If you’re heading to Astipalea, you must stay here!

We start by praising all the hotel staff, who are incredibly friendly, genuinely caring, and helpful. Asymina, Gvanza, and Nektarios deserve an award. The rooms are well‑appointed, spacious, and the views of the ocean and the town are breathtaking. Breakfast is delicious and offers great variety. Nothing to complain about 🙃

The hotel is a heavenly spot with a stunning view. The breakfast was served on the terrace of our apartment, absolutely delicious. The staff went above and beyond every standard. We received a free late check‑out until 17:00 and a complimentary bottle of wine from the hotel. I highly recommend this place.
