“Great stay”

The property is amazing, beautifully maintained and very well cared for! The restaurant needs more attention, mainly in staff training.

“Not great in October as surrounding places are closed down for the season”

The place is gorgeous and our room was lovely, and the bio pool was also a treat. Unfortunately, in late October everything nearby is shut down, so we couldn’t find any local food at all. The only option is the on‑site restaurant, which is nice but pricey. Breakfast was offered and was okay. The staff were friendly; I wouldn’t criticize them, I think the owners are responsible for the overall vibe, and I’m not sure who they are or if they’re present. The place felt impersonal. We left two nights early. I wouldn’t recommend staying here in October for longer than one or two nights unless you’re prepared to drive for food and have checked that something within a 45‑minute drive will actually be open.

“Heimwee naar zo’n mooie plek”

Everything! The place is truly fantastic and the people and food (and the wine!) are great. We had a wonderful time. Nothing.

“location excellent, management need to look at staff training, most were not up to the job.”

The wine‑tasting session was outstanding—an informative experience led by a knowledgeable young lady, the highlight of our stay. We booked a Superior double room, but the room shown to us was very small and definitely not “superior.” Within ten minutes we returned to reception for a different room; the only option was a suite, costing €190 extra for three nights. Dinner on the first evening was slow, and one waitress was particularly surly. Checking out was a nightmare; they had no idea about our wine‑tasting or the wines we bought. In the end they waived the supplement for the upgraded room.
