The Apartment with Garden View provides a private entrance onto a terrace and patio that overlook the garden, and includes a fully equipped private kitchen. It sleeps three on a sofa bed and a separate bedroom, and the private bathroom features a shower, toilet, free toiletries and towels (available for an extra fee). Guests can enjoy a flat‑screen TV with streaming service, free Wi‑Fi, a fan, carpeted flooring and a tea/coffee maker, with sockets near the bed and child‑safety socket covers throughout.

It’s hard to find and lacks clear signage; the entrance to the property isn’t obvious.
We loved the warm welcome, the spotless apartment and its well‑equipped setup; during our five‑day stay we especially appreciated Jonathan’s kindness, the tranquil setting, the grounds that stretch down to the river, and how close it is to Felletin and Aubusson. The only tweak that might help would be widening the entrance to the estate, but that’s a minor detail.
The welcome was exceptional, nothing to add.

The spot is outstanding, right in the middle of a large park in a beautiful countryside; the 36 m² room was impeccably arranged, the bedding was perfect, and the bathroom was flawless, though we never met the owners. Two minor issues: there’s no soap holder in the shower, the signage for the estate is missing, and the entrance is almost invisible at night.
The room was large with a nice view of the grounds and a king‑size bed on a good mattress, and the welcome was very good, yet I would suggest adding a chair and a coffee table for reading; in the bathroom the shelf blocks the small sink so you can’t lean over to brush your teeth.
