Everything felt brand new and spotless; the whole place looked freshly refurbished. Having a restaurant on site with a fully stocked kitchen was a huge plus. The downside was the mosquitoes—nets cover every window, yet the pool area was almost impossible to enjoy because we were constantly bitten. The staff couldn't fix that, so bring plenty of bug spray. Despite that, the pool itself was gorgeous and very quiet during our stay.

The view overlooking the valley is fantastic, and the pool is huge, perfect for swimming. Only the mosquitoes bothered us, but that’s probably not the hotel’s fault.
