The layout was nice and the king‑size bed was very comfortable, but there was a rip in the comforter when my husband and I checked in; I asked for a replacement, they said they didn’t have more, and then the window wouldn’t close so we were up all night hearing the traffic outside. The shower wasn’t fully clean either. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, but it really is a 50/50; I’d give the hotel another chance because it has the ability to be good.

The staff was outstanding and we were well taken care of by the entire team; the room was updated and beautifully done.

The shower was dripping, there was way too much noise coming from multiple other rooms and no sound insulation through the hallway door; overall it didn’t look as good as the pictures.
