The room is very comfortable. The staff is excellent.

The location was solid in Midtown East, within walking distance of Penn Station, and it was easy to get to and navigate Manhattan. Our room’s shower leaked even with the door fully closed, flooding the bathroom each time we showered, even for short showers. The room was decently sized, as expected for Manhattan hotels.

The location was perfect as a base to explore Manhattan, the hotel was very clean—room, beds, and bathroom all spotless. The staff were very friendly. There wasn’t a full restaurant, but the lobby had a coffee bar with snacks and sandwiches.
