The reception staff were super friendly, but the room was drenched in moisture from the floor and ceiling, the air‑conditioner was broken, the blinds had a cut strap, the toilet was poorly maintained, we even found cockroaches and the beds were awful. The only thing that survived was the reception team, who were 10/10, but the facilities were zero.

There was absolutely nothing good about it. The place was unhygienic with mold on every wall. The room was tiny, the walls were cracked, the bathroom was damp, a wrench was stuck in the chain to keep it from jamming, and the door to an interior terrace had no security and a finger could slip in even when closed. The bathroom window looked out onto a storage room full of junk and cobwebs. The humidity made the air unbearable and the sheets were soaked and smelled. The staff offered no solution after I told them the room was unacceptable; their reply was “I know it’s not healthy, but it’s the one I have.” Nothing else was satisfactory.

I missed the breakfast, which was a let‑down, but the room was comfy for the price and just a stone’s throw from the beach; the bedding was very cozy, though the room wasn’t well sound‑proofed. The main issue was the noise.

Que habia opción de parking al lado del alojamiento. La habitación tenia baldosas en el suelo levantadas con las que tropezabas y la puerta corredera del baño se cerraba con muchísima dificultad. Las habitaciones se cerraban con un pomo con lo cual cada vez que otro huésped salia de la habitación se oia un portazo a la hora que fuera
