The spot was amazing, the highest point of the place, and the room was quite spacious for a couple of nights. The AC was the biggest issue: it worked, but at night the heat was unbearable and I couldn’t sleep because the cool air didn’t reach me; it was too far from the bed. I asked for a spare fan, but none was available, so I had to buy one myself. If you’re sensitive to heat, skip this place. The accessibility is another concern: climbing an extra flight of stairs to reach the elevator is fine if you’re in decent shape, but it’s a problem for anyone with mobility issues. The elevator is also not suitable for claustrophobics—it’s extremely narrow, barely fitting two people, and I went up alone with luggage because my partner wouldn’t dare to enter. It wasn’t a problem for me, but I can see why others might freak out.

“Bella struttura, ottima posizione”

The staff’s availability, friendliness, and communication were good. The environment was quiet, nice, and clean, and the location was excellent. It was very convenient to leave luggage at the property before check‑in and after check‑out. The elevator starts on the first floor, which can be a problem for those with bulky luggage, but the staff are ready and willing to help with any doubts or difficulties.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and it’s a good option in Florence. The bathroom was a bit tiny, especially the shower. The real issue was a switch in the electric panel that kept twitching all night; if you’re a light sleeper, that constant noise is a nightmare. I told the staff before leaving the room but received no reply, which shows poor customer care.

“Bad experience”

The only good thing was the location. The room had no natural light, just two tiny roof windows, and a huge boiler inside that kept rattling all night. We called the woman managing the rooms several times, but she replied very slowly or not at all; when she finally answered on our last day she claimed she’d checked it and everything was fine, yet the noise persisted. I also disliked that the room’s storage spaces weren’t locked; I assumed they were for us, but they were actually shared storage with Christmas trees, random stuff, a fan, and more. We spent most of the day outside to avoid the room. The photos on the listing were mostly from other rooms; only a few showed ours—a rooftop room with small windows, no air, a short ceiling, and that noisy boiler. Please add more pictures of the actual room. I have videos I can share.
