B & A Suites Inn Hotel - Quarto Luxo Infinite

There was nothing good to say. There was no breakfast coffee, the parking was 406 m from the hotel (so I had to walk that distance, imagine if it rained), the bathroom was filthy (the bathroom mirror had a rotten frame, the wood was swollen, the sink was leaking onto the floor, the shower box had slime on the floor, the shower door was rusted like a prison), the bed sheets were dingy and yellowed, the TV was not in its proper place, the minibar was out of regulation (almost ruined my wife’s Ozempic medication worth R$ 1.200,00), and so on… and the worst part was that the suite next door was wonderful… they gave us the worst room.

The rooms were very clean and fragrant, with comfortable beds and no noise at all. The Wi‑Fi, however, only worked for an hour or two.

The room was quite comfortable and met my expectations for a one‑night stay. The furniture needs repair (see the chair and the foot of the auxiliary bed), the cleaning could be more thorough (soap residue left on the bathroom window), and the blackout curtains should be improved.

The rooms here were actually really nice - they were spacious, clean, and had comfy beds. That's about all I have to say, since I didn't experience much else.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right by the bus station. However, I did notice that the chair at the desk was broken.
