I liked the service, the food, and the staff overall, but what really upset me was that my air conditioner didn’t work well and didn’t cool the room at all, plus water was dripping from the ceiling through the emergency drain that was meant to stop if the room caught fire and it kept dripping; the pillow next to the bed was completely bambo; for the price I expected more.

The breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and gave me the room early, the room is well equipped and quiet; the TV is very old and could use a replacement.

The room was comfortable and spacious, but it lacked shampoo, conditioner, and maintenance.
