The location was good, the room with two windows was clean, and the reception was pleasant. The steep exterior stairs to the room had no railings in some parts, and the lighting in the stairwell was insufficient or not working. The small room, which we were aware of, had no hooks or brackets in the room or bathroom. It only works for medium or small people; otherwise, moving around is impossible.

The facilities were very comfortable and clean. Nina and her family were very friendly and always available. The tour that takes you through the waterfalls and other nearby spots was a highlight.

The hostel was excellent, cozy, and clean with plenty of common areas. The owners, a family of local residents from Mostar, were always ready to help and give advice. They strongly recommended taking their one‑day tour around Mostar, which turned out to be very interesting, varied, affordable, and humorous; we visited historical sites, learned about the war, and later swam in the waterfalls. We spent an incredible, exciting, and vibrant day—pure delight! Thank you!

The hostel had everything you could need, and the staff were very friendly; they even organized tours if you asked. The only downside was that some beds didn't have extension cords for power.
