“Great place”

We’re repeat guests, which says a lot. The pool area is fantastic, the deluxe rooms are the best size, and the à la carte food is excellent and very reasonably priced. Reception day staff and the evening bar team are excellent, especially Basak, who offers superb customer service, is friendly, and has a very contagious laugh. Our room was great, and a balcony would have been nice if not for the trees—see the picture. Unfortunately, rain started leaking through the ceiling and down the walkways around 11:00 pm. I couldn’t reach reception, so I had to wander the hotel. Eventually, Basak called the man on duty, who told us to pack and call him so he could help us move. I couldn’t find him, so we moved ourselves. I was a bit disappointed that no one asked how we were the next day. Reception told us to write a review. That’s fine—these things happen—but the reception should have been staffed to support guests. The next day we left, but rain was still pouring into our new room and into the reception area. It never ruined our holiday; we still had a fab time.

The hotel is lovely in the old town and the staff are very helpful, but they cancelled our room the day before. The hotel insisted the booking was still there, yet the deluxe, spacious, quiet room we’d requested for medical reasons turned out to be a tiny ground‑floor corner front room on a noisy street with late‑night bars. All we could hear during a sleepless night was people shouting and looking for taxis and mopeds. Our dream quiet first night after a long flight was ruined. They offered a free cup of tea worth 0.80 p as compensation. Not good.

“Wonderful stay in Antalya”

I stayed at a great property in a good location, enjoyed the nice pool and breakfast, and the hotel staff were very helpful. I would recommend it!

The staff were nice and the rooms were lovely, but Room 139 was a non‑standard room we paid for. The noises in the room were horrendous; we barely slept. Water gushing noises came from an area above outside the bathroom, and a generator in the garden near our room kept turning on, though its purpose was unclear. A small window in the bedroom opened onto a cleaning cupboard outside, so when cleaners came early in the morning they could access the cupboard through the window—a real joke. We went there for a relaxing break and left more tired than when we arrived. The room itself was lovely, but the noise made sleeping awful.
