The staff here are the friendliest I've encountered in Jaffna over the past couple of weeks, and the hotel’s proximity to the city center made everything very convenient.

It looks very nice in pictures and the location is fine if you want to see Jaffna, but the tap in the room is unusable, bedsheets have stains, there’s no blanket or towels, bugs appear in the shower, and the shower floor doesn’t direct water to the drain, leaving it full of water.
