“Lovely and relaxing”

I stayed in a lovely room overlooking the lagoon. The pool was nice, but it opened too late and closed too early for me to use it as much as I’d liked. The biggest issue was the birds—so many of them, very loud, and they kept swooping over the entrance where plovers were nesting. It wasn’t the park’s fault, of course.

“Great facilities and holiday park all round, though left disappointed”

The property was solid and the beds were very comfortable. The lagoon view from our porch was fantastic, and both kids and adults enjoyed the facilities thoroughly. However, the lagoon lodge sits extremely close to neighbors on both sides, so privacy was lacking. We hardly used our outdoor deck because rude neighbors, even though they were at a children’s holiday park, didn’t like the sound of kids playing. They repeatedly told us to shut our children up while they were just having fun on the back deck with the parrots. Also, more dishwasher options and at least a vacuum would have improved the stay. Next time I’ll book a different section of the park that offers more privacy.

The area was great and close to everything. The only downside was that the weather could have been better.

“Amazing location for the whole family”

The park’s facilities were great, and we’ve stayed there several times. There’s plenty to keep kids entertained in both sunny and wet weather, and the location is amazing. Cleanliness of the rooms could be better, and the general upkeep of the rooms themselves was lacking. Our BBQ also didn’t work.

“Amazing”

If you’re traveling with family, this is one of the best places to stay. It offers everything kids can do, and the waterfront cabins are beautiful. The location is great, the amenities are excellent, and there’s a water park. What more could you ask for? No negatives.
