The location was good, the place was clean, reception was friendly, it wasn’t noisy, and it had air conditioning. No negatives, just one night.

“Good value, nice place.”

It sits on a main road without sidewalks. It’s close enough to the beach that you have to walk about a football field down the main road, then you can stroll through side streets to Sanur beach and amazing restaurants.

The beds were comfortable. When we turned on the shower, the smell sucked in like a drain and became unbearable, so we used the bath without the lamp to avoid it turning on. They didn’t really point out that there was no window from which to look outside.

“Room was spacious but really bad smell in bathroom.”

The room was spacious and the layout liked, and the staff were friendly and helpful, promptly addressing the issues we had. As soon as we arrived the bathroom smelled really bad, water hadn’t drained in the shower and pooled. The shower was rusty, and the cabinet door fell off when we opened it because of water damage and rusted hinges. One air‑conditioner made a noise the first night while we tried to sleep, but the staff fixed it. They also cleared the shower blockage, but it still smelled so bad that we had to keep the door closed and hold our breath when going in.

The rooms were clean, spacious, modern, and had many amenities. The pool was very nice and always clean. It’s a 10‑minute walk from the center. The bathroom has a smell, but it’s tolerable.
