Billabong Garden shows how a budget hotel can still deliver an exceptional experience; it’s in a prime spot, close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. The atmosphere is calm, cozy, and welcoming. The staff are always smiling and ready to help, and the cleanliness is well maintained. Shasi, the owner, is friendly and genuinely cares about each guest’s comfort. I’d highly recommend this clean, affordable, friendly hotel in a great location and would definitely return.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly. When a city‑wide power outage hit, we couldn’t use the AC and they refunded the $5 we’d paid for it—honest people! The room was nice and spacious, but the bathroom was extremely moldy, which might have caused my cold in Pokhara. Keep the bathroom door shut as much as possible.
