The location was the only thing I liked. The staff were upset when I called him at 3 am because my booking was wrong, and he accused me of calling at an inappropriate hour, even though I was just trying to resolve the mistake. I asked for a queen‑size bed after he saw me with my girlfriend, but he said there was no room, which might have been true, yet I was not satisfied with his service at all. Also, there was a cigarette smell near the reception as I was heading up the stairs to my room.

Under qualified management, you can't count it as a hotel at all, everything is bad.
