The location was great, but the staff didn’t fix the spoiled mattress during my three‑day stay.

There were plenty of facilities, yet the hotel and the room had an unpleasant smell.

The hotel is close to many facilities, and I had no complaints.

I found the staff very easy to deal with, the hotel sits close to a bunch of eateries, there's a mall nearby, a St Rosyam station, and plenty of conveniences.
