I encountered extremely rude office personnel, and when I cancelled one of my rooms I never received a refund.

“room was pleasant, be careful going up stairs”

I appreciated that they didn't charge a hefty hundred-dollar pet fee like Motel 6, just a modest 15 extra, and they were very accommodating—turning on the AC an hour before check‑in and swapping out fresh sheets. However, our upstairs room had a piece of wood painted to look like part of the concrete stairs, and I scraped my foot on it; it’s dangerous and I ended up with a scar running up my foot.

The bathroom was decent, but the rooms were very small and the bedding felt dingy. One room had a wet floor from the air conditioner, and when we barely set down our suitcases they tried to blame us; my husband had to insist on a different room, which turned out to have mold where a leak was. The fridge was awful, and I’ve never had an experience like this; bookings usually offer decent places but this one was awful. I paid over $300 for it and was very disappointed.
