The spot is great, room 209 feels like a suite, and the bed was super comfy. The ground‑floor café is nice but a bit pricey, and the lighting and big mirror over the vanity are lovely. Housekeeping comes daily to change towels and bedding if needed, and the carpet is very clean. However, security feels lax; you can walk from the street into the parking garage and then use the elevator to reach upper floors, so theoretically anyone could break into a guest room. One day the housekeeper left the door propped open while making the bed, and I could slip into the sitting area undetected, potentially taking our stuff and heading to the parking garage and out of the hotel unnoticed. The elevator should require a key pass for guests only, and the maid was wearing ear pods, so she wouldn’t notice an intruder.
