The staff are very friendly, super willing, and flexible to help you. The location is great and the price matches the facilities offered.

The rooms were plain but did the job, and the on‑site restaurant was decent; breakfast came free and offered options like eggs and sausage. Being in the CBD, we could stroll around Nairobi’s vibe, and the hotel sits right across from a large public market full of curio shops and flower vendors, with an upscale Arabic restaurant and several cafés nearby. The room itself was a bit cramped, Wi‑Fi was usually fine but would drop sometimes, and the shower’s instant hot‑water heater was a little intimidating with the 220V. The single window faced an alley with no view, and the key was stiff enough that my wife struggled to turn it. All in all, these were minor hiccups.

The staff were absolutely amazing, and the in‑house restaurant served the best food at really good prices! The rooms were very clean with excellent free Wi‑Fi, and hot water for showers never ran out. I highly recommend this hotel because it sits in the center of town at MARKET PLACE, close to everything—including a large supermarket where you can buy what you need. Getting an Uber to the airport is quick and very cheap, around $8 USD. If you want to take a bus into Tanzania, the bus station is only a 5‑minute walk away for a 6‑hour shuttle to Arusha and Mt. Kilimanjaro for about $20 USD—great price! All was amazing!
