The room was spotless and the staff were friendly, plus we were close to a bunch of restaurants, and there was nothing else to complain about.

Nice hotel in a really great location and onsite parking was convenient, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and not knowledgeable at check‑in; the process didn’t go smoothly at all, and at one point we were told we didn’t have a reservation even after we’d already done a pre‑check‑in a couple of hours earlier.

We’re regular guests in Chicago and usually stay here. My wife and I got stuck in our room for over five minutes because the door was jammed, so we had to switch rooms because we couldn’t get in.
