Sheets had stains, rubbish left on the kitchen floor, no body wash or hand soap, no instant coffee in the room, the 10 pm quiet hour was not enforced, marijuana smells in the courtyard. UNSAFE!

“Extremely bad experience!!!!”

The staff was very rude; they said my reservation was canceled but couldn’t explain it and told me to find another hotel after I booked with them and drove 4 hours to get there. I had stayed there before and loved it, which is why I booked it again.

Parking was close to the venue, but there was no breakfast available; we also ran out of bedding for the sofa bed and would have appreciated an extra bath towel since it was the three of us.

“Horrible”

The concept and the promises are appealing, especially for pet owners, yet the management was poor and nothing was actually provided; the front desk behaved unprofessionally, telling us that because we were unhappy with plumbing problems, mold, and the absence of basic household items from utensils to soap, we could check out. The mold in the air vents and closet, the backed‑up toilet and tub, and the sliding shower door that stayed open turned the bathroom into a swimming pool—maintenance never came to fix it. The staff were very rude, saying that if I was not satisfied I could leave. The same front desk employee altered all the details on my reservation, and when I checked out my room was listed under someone else’s name. I was told there was no availability for a new room, yet my receipt shows I changed rooms twice. During the five days I stayed, I never received the utensils I had requested daily.
