I would have liked more words to give the best rating, but since they cancelled my booking at 9:30 p.m. the night before arrival, with no explanation, I’m short on reasons to say anything. Even though they had 62 nights to cancel the reservation I made, they used the last night. It takes a lot of courage to cancel a booking 870 minutes before a guest arrives on a weekend when the city is full of visitors. I appreciate that courage.
