Extended Stay America Suites Boston Westborough

It was fine for a quick stop before heading to Boston, but I wouldn’t stay more than a few hours. We checked in at about 2:30 am and left by 8 am, and it was better than sleeping in the car. The room was old and barely clean; the bed was clean, which was a plus, but the tub didn’t drain during a shower and the towels were stained. It was just a place to crash for a couple of hours, nothing more.

“Filthy disgusting hotel with equally poor customer service”

Nothing good to say; this place was absolutely disgusting. The room was filthy, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The toilet, tub, microwave, and refrigerator were all nasty. The dresser drawers had pubic hair in them. The room had broken moldings and no bathroom mirror. No coffee was provided. The beds were as hard as a rock. The grab‑and‑go breakfast was a joke. I complained twice about the room’s condition and was told they knew about it. I asked for a different room but was told they were sold out. Room 206 shouldn’t be rented to anyone, especially not someone who booked a week ahead. I’m utterly disgusted and will never stay at this chain again.

The staff were friendly, but there was never anyone at the front desk when you needed them. Two people stayed and asked for two extra pillows, but they were told there was only one. I didn’t like that no one was available when needed.

A cockroach was in my room, the staff were awful and not helpful at all, and I will never stay there again.
