Very nice accommodation. Comfortable and clean room. The hosts were welcoming, polite, informative and helpful. The place was next to the metro stop and close to the center. Nice breakfast. I recommend it without reservation.

Very comfortable room, spacious, well furnished and the bathroom very convenient. I especially appreciated the presence of the kettle and the mini fridge in the room. The property is in a strategic location, 1 minute walk from metro lines A and C. Excellent experience, the owner is very kind and quick to respond to any request in a friendly and courteous manner. I will definitely come back! Nothing, everything perfect.

My wife broke her wrist from a fall on the day of arrival. The next day we went to the hospital with the landlord and sat there for 8 hours. If the landlord hadn’t come with us, we would have been totally stranded. We rarely meet such a helpful, cheerful woman in our lives. The location of the accommodation is perfect for a Rome stay. Buses and the subway are less than 5 minutes walk away. Bus 51 and 81 go directly into the historic centers. Across from the accommodation is a great wine bar with a superb food selection. The pizzeria is also fine. A grocery store is also across. In the local tobacco shop you can buy tickets for the public transport. The rooms are on the 3rd floor reachable by a small elevator. The air conditioning is on, not audible. Night traffic is only noticeable with loud two‑wheelers. We slept excellently there. Breakfast can be chosen freely the day before and is sufficient for starting the day. We would like to thank you again for the caring support. A bit little storage space in the bathroom.
