Everything was perfect: the location is great, the studio is spacious and very comfortable, I loved the pool, and the staff were very attentive. Thao, cskh, tuyen, zoey, trambay, tram are all adorable. Thank you for everything.

The room was very clean and had all the essentials you need. Everything was okay.

The family room wasn’t great, so we switched to two single rooms. Breakfast was good, most staff were friendly, and the motorbike parking was secure. The rooms were noisy because of the central location and poor soundproofing, warm water took 5 minutes to arrive on the 10th floor, the A/C blew over the bed (airflow couldn’t be adjusted), and the elevators were so hot that a fan would have helped.
