“Horrible”

The location is decent, but the experience was awful for my first time and my birthday; I arrived early for a smoother check‑in, they promised a text for easy check‑in, but then started charging me repeatedly—don’t use online check‑in or stay here. The elevators are old and feel unsafe, there’s no ice machine on the second floor (you have to go to the first floor), and the fridge took two hours to cool; I’ll never return.

“Great staff, awful air conditioning”

The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel is close to the freeway, but the air conditioning is terrible—either too cold or too hot, it cycles on and off all night, blasting cold air then leaving the room stuffy, which made for a rough night’s sleep and was very noisy.
