The blanket and bedsheet were stained and had cigarette burns, and there were no toiletries at all—no towel or mineral water either. I had paid extra for breakfast, but the receptionist said I’d be called at 7 am and nobody did, so I missed it and felt cheated. For ₹1,500 a night you can find a far better room; they clearly don’t care about guest comfort. The loud music from the rooms next door also made it hard to sleep.

The check‑in was very smooth and hassle‑free, and the room felt luxurious and high‑tech with working Wi‑Fi, AC, TV, and geyser; all the amenities were perfect. I’d recommend it for couples or families.
