We loved how cozy the place felt, with a good quality sofa, an adjustable bed, and two TVs (70 in and 46 in). The Wi‑Fi was excellent for business, and the area was safe and peaceful with a private entrance. Outside there was a hot tub, a pool, a projector screen section, a fire pit, and more. It’s close to nearby restaurants. The only downside was sharing the grounds with the host, but she’s very nice and it didn’t bother us.

The Martin Stay and Play Guest House was absolutely spectacular. From the moment we arrived, Sarah, the amazing host, welcomed us warmly, gave us a tour, and offered great suggestions on where to eat and what to do. The beautifully lit pathway to the guest house set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Inside, we were blown away by the thoughtful touches: a pool, hot tub, swing, outdoor projector with seating, and a fire pit. Sarah even had a fire ready for us when we returned from dinner. Inside the house, the details were impeccable: a note on the wall with all essential info, a record player with vintage records, an adjustable bed, a luxurious bathroom with a bidet, an LED adjustable mirror, and a walk‑in shower with a rainfall shower head and impressive water pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the leather couch was super comfy for relaxing while watching the large, crystal‑clear TV. The washer and dryer were a high‑end LG set, and plush robes and slippers were a lovely added touch. Every detail, big and small, was taken care of. We’ll definitely return whenever we’re in the area and can’t recommend this place enough!
