“Недорого, скромно, чисто.”

Everything was wonderful. The owners were fantastic, the grounds were lovely, the nature was beautiful, and the location was great. The only issue was that they didn’t let us know in advance that the bathroom (shower and toilet) was in the corridor and designed for four rooms. Noise insulation was almost non‑existent.

The area was nice and the views were great. The owners were friendly. Thanks for driving us to the viewing platform near Mount Trostian.

Nothing was liked, it was terrible. The room was dirty, but that was only half the problem; the owner was rude, she called us a “shame” and, after we said we would arrive earlier, she refused to let us settle in. She claimed we had “excessive demands” and that we were being presumptuous. Upon arrival she forbade us from using the premises until 14:00, even though we waited until 15:00. Then the whole day she walked around the property dissatisfied, as if we were bothering them. We were three girls just sun‑bathing by the pool. I do not recommend this place to anyone; they tried to ruin our vacation, but we didn’t let their negativity get to us and we made our own mood. Everyone who wants to ruin their holiday should definitely come here; the rating on Booking is inflated 100 %, they can’t have such a rating with such bad service. Customer orientation is zero; I’ve never encountered anyone like this before!

The hosts were polite and pleasant. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay, they were kind to the pets and always responded to our requests. The views were stunning.
