Everything! The location, the history, the views, the breakfast, and our host/owner Sandro. He and his wife are superb! Totally guest‑centric. They made our visit to Verona unforgettable! Sandro renovated this historic building and his B&B sits on the third floor. His renovation is spectacular! We will come back.

The room was larger than most 5‑star hotels and offered a romantic balcony view from your private room. The location is perfect for walking around to see sights and eat out. No complaints.

The spot was spot on, and the staff were genuinely helpful and polite, making the whole experience feel welcoming. The terrace offered a lovely view while we ate breakfast, though the morning spread could use more hot options and better quality; ordering in advance felt a bit inconvenient. The entrance through a garage‑like door was dim and not the friendliest, and the outside signage could definitely be clearer.

Sandro and the staff made me feel like I owned the place— the suite is gorgeously appointed and breakfasts are excellent. Sandro was especially helpful with restaurant reservations and dealing with the rental car company. There is a lot of security with buzzing doors, etc., but that’s necessary. I loved the place and highly recommend it!
