The staff were friendly. However, we had to call to check in when we arrived, and then it took a while for someone to come. The room couldn’t be darkened and was very noisy at night. The shower in the tub was poor, and the breakfast was almost bare-bones. I don’t recommend it.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, the place was quiet and perfectly suited our needs, close to the center and the Neckarpark, and the breakfast was adequate. Hotel guests also get dinner. The small room and very cramped bathroom are more suitable for a short stay or a single person.

It was very clean and comfortable. Nothing else.

The hotel was generally pleasant, but the reception left a bad impression. I had coffee for €2, had no cash, tried to pay by card which was denied, then got €20 and was given €17.50 back. The receptionist said the missing €2.50 was their tip, which I didn’t appreciate being taken without consent. The hotel itself is good, but this incident spoiled the experience. I hope management takes this seriously.
