I couldn’t get into the reception at all, and that was it.
The location was good, but the bathroom was clogged and the room wasn’t cleaned properly.
Bien
“Gros problème”
The four‑bedroom room was adequate, but we were disappointed that there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. Having two TVs in the room was nice, yet there were no remote controls. We had to wait over half an hour for someone at reception, who didn’t arrive until after 5 pm. To top it off, I was charged twice for the room and still haven’t received a refund; the initial charge was quick, but the reimbursement has taken too long.
“No responden a la anulación”
They never answered about the cancellation, and the place was right next to a rough neighborhood full of drug addicts.
