The hotel is very welcoming, the staff are very professional, polite, and ready to meet every request, the food is high‑quality and well‑crafted with balanced flavors, and cleanliness in every area is impeccable. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

The breakfast was great, and the pool and spa were clean and fully equipped, with a friendly lifeguard on duty. However, the services offered for the price were limited: the paid spa area had no water at all, which feels like a mistake for a thermal resort. Aside from the lifeguard and the waiter, the front desk staff were not very welcoming, treating guests as either A or B depending on whether you booked a half or full room. In the bathroom, toilet paper was scarce and the shampoo and body products were also limited. The spa kit was an extra charge, whereas in other places with the same price it’s usually included.
