I can’t really point out anything positive… It was very warm… even hot. The location was a work zone, the food was just a cafeteria with limited options. There were no light fixtures in the rooms, water had to be filled into bottles somewhere, and for the three days I stayed, the room wasn’t cleaned.

The room was big and cozy, the bedding was clean and pleasant to touch, and there were two pristine white towels per person. However, during the three nights we stayed, the hotel never took out the trash from our room.

The stuff was nice , those ladies were helpful and super nice. The room has spacious and good. - The room and sheet were not clear also some hair on the floor. - Breakfast: they give you coupon of 1000 Tenge and it is enough for cofffee and eggs while they said breakfast is included and it is tricky one .also food is not delicious at all. - 3 nights for two guests , I had to pay extra when I arrived what Booking showed me

We were welcomed warmly and allowed to check in early because we were leaving that night, and they offered breakfast right at 9 am when we settled in.

The hotel was cozy, impeccably clean, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The staff were very attentive, and I especially want to thank Svetlana—a wonderful, responsive woman who helped us a lot with our issues. Overall, everyone was very nice. The on‑site cafeteria served tasty food at reasonable prices, and breakfasts were included with the stay.
