“Wonderful spot in town, but secluded from the crowd.”
The location, hospitality, amenities, the patio and garden were all very private. The only thing I would change is the loveseat. It was designed to fold out for two people, but it was uncomfortable to sit on and watch wildlife through the beautiful picture window when it was raining or very hot outside.
I liked that the hotel was secluded on a dead‑end street. I appreciated the snacks, bottled water, and other drinks in the fridge, plus the ice maker. The garden view was charming, and the coffee maker with sample coffee, stir sticks, and spoons was handy. The first thing my sister and I disliked was the couch – it was very low and hard to get up from, which would be a problem for elderly guests. The second issue was the lack of a TV in the bedroom area; it was too uncomfortable to sit on that couch and watch TV, and the only comfortable spot was the bed, which also lacked a TV. The third complaint was that the sink opposite the microwave and refrigerator was completely clogged; it barely drained any water, indicating a serious plumbing problem that needs fixing.
