The location was absolutely perfect, the room was nice and the bathroom had just been renovated. The host lady was very friendly and easy to reach. The breakfast, however, was very small – just coffee and a sweet roll, typical Italian. Score: 10.0/10

“El lugar está Ok pero la atención a cliente es muy mala”

Room 1 was quite spacious and the location was very good. We asked for early check‑in and it was accepted, but when we arrived we had to wait a long time before being told the room wouldn’t be ready soon. We were not given a breakfast coupon and were told to get one ourselves, which was embarrassing because the coupon wasn’t valid at the restaurant. Score: 8.0/10

The hostess was wonderful! Even though there were problems with a booking mix‑up, she did her best to please and help. I am satisfied. Score: 7.0/10
