The restaurant staff were genuinely friendly and always asked if we needed anything else; breakfast was extensive, fresh, and plentiful, and the spot is close to the beach. However, the reception was quite rude when we asked for a late checkout, constantly calling us as we left and showing no understanding.

The rooms look good, and the service and restaurant are also good. However, they charge extra money for 8‑year‑old kids, which feels excessive.

The food was amazing and the staff were very patient and helpful. But this isn’t a beach hotel; a dirty river separates the hotel from the beach, and the public path to the beach is dusty. The apartments are far away and in a pathetic environment, so we upgraded to the hotel, which wasn’t any better: the rooms were tiny, the king‑size bed had two single‑size sheets, and the bedding was dirty and required a change. The posted photos don’t reflect the true condition, and the villas can’t accommodate a family or offer an appealing environment.
