The photos of the property are misleading; the building is old but the rooms were impeccably clean and fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable, and there were few other options nearby, making this place ideal. Unfortunately, the office was empty when we arrived, so we had to call to check in. Another guest was waiting and didn’t know to call the number on the window, but she answered quickly.

A good spot to stay close to the north entrance of Sequoia National Park. Our room, located at the back of the property, was quiet, clean, and spacious with a comfortable bed. The website photos don’t capture how nice the room actually is. The only downside is the limited dining choices nearby and potential road noise if you stay at the front of the property; the website image also differs from reality.

If you’re planning a 1–2 night stay, this place is perfect – great value, a swimming pool, a pizzeria next door, and a countryside cottage for those traveling between two national parks. It’s a solid pick for families, couples, or solo travelers on the move.

Everything we needed was right there. The location is close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The host sent early, clear instructions for entry, so we didn’t have to check in at a front desk. Gena’s nearby offered great food. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio table and chairs while two local rabbits hopped in the adjacent field. I’d love to return.
