The location and the facilities were great, but the shower pressure felt a bit weak.

The staff, the venue, the beach and pool access, and the variety of restaurants offered were all great.

The cleanliness, the variety of food, and the kid-friendly options were positives. The staff were very inattentive and unwilling to help; they cut costs on personnel, for example one person at the bar had 40 people ordering. It seems they hate their jobs… The communication between departments was terrible, and you could be sent to 15 different places before a problem was solved.
